I live in the beautiful city of York, England with my gorgeous wife, beautiful daughter and two wonderful cats. I’m in my mid-forties and work for private training company in health and fitness.

Why “Extrajection”?

extrajection n 1. the symbolic representation of a psychic process or feeling as, for example, writing a poem about anger. 2. (psychoanalysis) defence mechanism consisting of the projection of one’s own feelings, characteristics or processes onto another person.
